We want to make sure that your payment information is always safe and secure. To accomplish that, we use Stripe, which is a trusted and secure payment processing platform, for all transactions.
We know that things can change quickly and that’s why we offer the option to cancel or refund your purchase within 14 days. However, there are some rules to keep in mind.
If you haven’t had a chance to use any of our exclusive content or answer the style profile form, you’re eligible for a full refund. Yay!
If you used our exclusive content but didn’t answer the style profile form, don’t worry – you’re still eligible for a partial refund. We’ll keep 30% of the full price, but the rest is all yours to keep.
Finally, if you answered the style profile form, we won’t be able to offer a refund. Thanks for understanding, and we hope you enjoy the service!
