By purchasing our service, you acknowledge that the outfit suggestions created for you are for personal use only and cannot be shared or used for commercial purposes without the written consent of Joana.Style.

The Service
This service is completely virtual, from purchase and creation to delivery. All aspects of the purchase, contact, and product delivery will be handled online.
Our personal styling service is virtual and personalized and includes the creation of “outfit suggestions” and access to exclusive digital content. The exclusive content is only available upon purchasing a service.
To create outfit suggestions, we use images of your fashion items, such as clothing items, shoes, bags, and accessories.
Our goal is to create as many outfits as possible to achieve the number of outfit suggestions described in the purchased package/service, but the number of outfits will depend on the number of items shared by you with us and the range of outfits possible to be created in accordance with your style while still maintaining the quality of the service. The outfit suggestions are created using your shared items, your items combined with our suggested items, and can also contain only suggested items. Suggested items are items suggested by us that could be added to your closet, sometimes they can contain shoppable links or not, depending on whether your package/service offers a Personal online shopping experience or not.
Please note that not all images and items will be part of the outfit suggestions, as the judgment of what is included is made by Joana.Style.
To create custom outfit suggestions, we perform a style analysis that takes into account your style and lifestyle. To help us gain insight into your personal style, we utilize a style profile form, which you will fill out before the creation of the outfit suggestions. We may also check your social media if provided and try to follow any requirements listed on the form.
Bookings
Booking a call with your stylist is only available for certain packages. For those that have booking available, you can book on our booking page. You can cancel your booking with 24 hours’ notice prior to the booked time, or you will not be eligible to book a new time. If a cancellation has occurred once and is eligible for a new booking, you will not have the grace of a new re-booking.
The Exclusive Content & Accessibility
The exclusive content is a part of this service that provides access to entertainment, informative, and educational content. It is created to enhance the client’s experience and complement the purchased service without any time constraints, such as booking a call or emailing. Clients can access the exclusive content for up to three months after their purchase or until further notice.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel or request a refund for the service within 14 days of your purchase, subject to certain rules. If you have not used any of our exclusive content or answered the style profile form, you are eligible for a full refund. If you only used our exclusive content but did not answer the style profile form, you are eligible for a partial refund, with 30% of the full price retained by us. If you answered the style profile form, you are not eligible for a refund.

Content and intellectual property rights
All content sent by the client must belong to them, meaning they must have ownership of these images. The use of third-party images, such as those collected from online stores, is not allowed, and images that we suspect do not belong to the customer will not be considered for inclusion in the outfit suggestions. By purchasing our service, you agree to let us use your “closet item images” for commercial purposes. We will never use any image for commercial purposes where an individual can be seen, instead, those images will be deleted when the service has been completed. All content created by us (Joana.Style), including content used in the acquired service, must be kept in its original form, and the intellectual property rights belong to Joana.Style.
